This product fails to pick up dog hair on our carpet. If I swap to the furfinder attachment I can hardly move it across the carpet. While it is good on a tile floor, basically useless on carpet. Extremely disappointed.

Bissell PowerClean- Excellent Value
I bought the Bissell PowerClean FurFinder to replace my Dyson V10, and after using it for a while, I'm very happy with the upgrade. The Bissell is a little heavier than the Dyson V10, but I find the extra weight is worth it because the cleaning performance is noticeably better. It has strong suction and does an excellent job picking up dust, dirt, and pet hair from both hard floors and carpets. I was surprised by how much extra dust it collected, even after I had already vacuumed with my Dyson. One feature I really appreciate is the power button. Unlike the Dyson V10, where you have to keep holding down the trigger while vacuuming, the Bissell stays on once you press the power button. This makes it much more comfortable to use, especially when cleaning the whole house. The LED headlights are another great feature. They make it much easier to spot dust and pet hair under furniture and in darker areas that I would normally miss. I also like that the brush roll is designed to reduce hair tangles, which means less time spent cleaning hair out of the vacuum. Another feature I really like is the removable battery. It's a huge advantage because I can take the battery out and charge it separately without having to dock or store the entire vacuum near a power outlet. This is much more convenient than my Dyson, where the whole vacuum needs to be plugged in or mounted on the wall for charging. It also means I have the option of buying a spare battery in the future for longer cleaning sessions if needed. Overall, I think the Bissell PowerClean FurFinder offers excellent value for money. I personally find it more comfortable to use because of the on/off power button, and I believe its cleaning performance is better. Based on my experience, I would definitely recommend it, especially if you have pets or want a cordless vacuum with strong suction at a reasonable price.

Purchased on sale and happy with the performance and the way it cleans to the edges. Works well on carpet and hard surfaces. Fur Cleaning attachment is a great addition even if you don't have pets. Battery life on setting 3 is short although setting 2 which gives you a longer running period does an excellent job. (Use 3 when required for dirtier areas). If purchasing again I would more than likely by the next model up that has more power and a second battery.

versatile and gets the job done
I live in a carpeted household with no pets and I have a robot vacuum for regular cleaning but it can't quite handle the edges where the carpet drops a little and so detritus naturally accumulates there. I was originally planning on purchasing an LG or Dyson branded stick vacuum to handle the edges and do spot cleans when needed, but I was recommended this Bissell vacuum for my needs instead. It does it's job well, it doesn't have a lot of battery life, but for my needs, it is not necessary. The suction power can handle most things, and when combined with using the correct head attachment,it can reach into nooks that get missed by the robot vacuum
