Good product BUT the manual is pathetic because it does not explain what the different features specifically do. When the help desk couldn't grasp that I preferred step by step guidance to select correct options, I was told to spend time playing around with the app then if unsuccessful, email back. The app is not user friendly as it doesn't give sufficient detail to take advantage of all features. Also, I am annoyed that spares ie floor cleaner etc not readily available in store. I am happy with the performance of the robot.
