Dreame L50 Ultra Robot Vacuum
**⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My first robot vacuum—and I wish I'd bought one sooner!** This is my first-ever robot vacuum, and I'll admit I was very sceptical at first. I wasn't convinced it would actually clean that well, but after seeing the price (which was an absolute steal), I finally decided to give it a go. Sophie C. at The Good Guys Bathurst explained everything really well, answered all my questions, and convinced me to take the plunge. I'm so glad she did! I've now been using the Dreame L50 Ultra for several weeks, and I can honestly say it's one of the best purchases I've made for my home. I was hoping it would save me time—and it absolutely has! The initial setup was quick, and it mapped my home accurately on the very first run. Since then, it's been cleaning almost every day without me needing to think about it. It navigates around furniture confidently, avoids shoes, cables and other everyday obstacles with ease, and has only gotten stuck once when I accidentally left a charging cable on the floor. The vacuuming performance has been outstanding. It picks up dust, crumbs, hair and everything else that builds up during the week, including along edges and in corners. I have both hard floors and carpet, and it transitions between them seamlessly. I wasn't sure how much I'd use the mopping function, but now I wouldn't want to be without it. The floors look and feel noticeably cleaner, and I love that the dock automatically washes and dries the mop pads after every clean. The self-emptying dock has made the whole experience almost maintenance-free. Apart from occasionally topping up the clean water tank and emptying the dirty water tank, there's very little I need to do. The app is also excellent—I can schedule cleans, customise settings for each room, set no-go zones, and even start a clean while I'm away from home. After several weeks of daily use, my house stays consistently clean with very little effort from me. It has genuinely taken one of the most repetitive household chores off my hands. While it's definitely a premium product, I managed to get it much cheaper thanks to Sophie C again ;) Honestly think it's worth every dollar for the convenience and cleaning performance. Only thing is that, I wish it was bagless but thats a small matter. If you're on the fence like I was, I'd say go for it. I only wish I'd bought one sooner!

Great product with some quirks
I've been using this product for about a month now and have been quite impressed. I was coming from an old ecovacs and this is a big upgrade! The initial mapping was quite quick and accurate. During the initial clean, it will try to detect all the carpeted areas or rugs which you can edit later on as well. Based on what it detects it can automatically suggest settings that would work best in each area. The app is great and full of features. While the mop can be lifted up while going over rugs, I found that for certain plush rugs/carpets, it might not be enough and might be best to use the setting where it leaves the mop at the base before going over such areas. It is also decently tall and is not able to get under certain areas my previous robot was able to. I also found that it can be a bit slower than my previous one and the battery can drain really quickly at times. Overall it's a solid performer and I have been quite happy with its performance, let's see how well it lasts in the long run.

Best Robot Vacuum / Mop
Excellent machine, robot vacuums have come a long way over the last few years. Machine has great features and great battery life, it does our whole downstairs area without needing to recharge, unlike the older Ecovacs we had. Love the fact that it has self cleaning mop head, easy to maintain, simple process to empty the dirty water tank.
