Great value cordless carving knife
Our old faithful kambrook electric knife finally gave in. Time to upgrade so decided cordless would be a great option. Was really surprised that this unit wa similarly priced to some of the other well known corded units, and this knife is being promoted by Curtis Stone. The kit comes with a bread blade as well as the normal carving blade, it also comes in a storage case which keeps everything together. It comes with a wall charger that shows red light when charging and turns green when fully charged. The only negative I can think of is that there is no battery level indicator so you don’t know when it is going to run flat. I assume that you will get a feel for battery life once you use it for a while. Overall very happy with it so far.
