Poor aftermarket customer care
I bought a freestanding stove and on unpacking the bracket holding my hob down was broken, there is also other item such as all the side panel screws were loose and sent on the right side wall. I can ignore the loose screws & dent but contact aftercare as I paid the extra for extended warranty to get a replacement bracket and they know it a brand new unit the records show this, they immediately went down the tack send me the authorized installers details or there is no warranty. Still not resolution I would never recommend Good Guys or Emilia brand to anyone

Do not book The Good Guys Home Services, they don’t show up!
We placed our order on 12th of December and decided to use good guys as they offered the home services install. However the plumber that was supposed to install the oven was not available to connect our oven as he lived in the central coast and we are in Sydney, we have since been waiting for a plumber for almost 5 weeks. Today one was due to come and he had no idea about the job, when we called up to see where he was. We’ve tried to contact customer services serval times, waited on the phone for hours with no outcome.. I would not recommend this service, it’s very frustrating, and not a great customer experience at all.

Lovely little/big unit
I am very limited as to size and this little 53cm unit is big on delivery. It looks great, and is easy to clean. I’m looking forward to cooking a roast in the oven and also some casseroles. Bring on the cooker weather!
