The machine washes way better than any machine I've owned. 12kg machine fits heaps but doesn't look like a giant in the laundry. The AI feature detects and washes perfectly. None of the washes are too long either The duvet option that you can also steam (4.5 hour wash) is something I've never seen before. I did this to our bedroom pillows and they are washed, steamed and come out almost dry. The pillows are like brand new.... If not better. Highly recommend this washing machine.

Nice quiet and washes things well
We bought this to replace a F&P 8kg when family came to stay and we needed more capacity. The 12kg size is great. Pros It is whisper quiet The in bowl lint filters capture so much each wash, I’m sure this is making our washing cleaner. Big size just works amazing Fun clear lid to watch your wash It cleans clothes well Cons It doesn’t spin the clothes as dry as the F&P did. 900rpm compared to 1100 must make a difference. But it also hasn’t done an out of balance on us yet. I have found that you can increase the spin time which helps, but I haven’t worked out how to default to that so each family member has to remember to up the setting. I haven’t managed to set the phone and wifi connection, so I will have to try again. Overall, I am happy with my experience over three weeks.

Couldn’t be happier with this washing machine. I hate front loaders and only having a few top loaders to choose from I was a bit worried. This machine is so quiet, cleans extremely well and has many features and settings. Only thing I don’t like about it is the two toned colouring, I feel it would be better if the whole machine was black rather than the white body and black top.
