Loved the product, customer service from The Good Guys not so much
This product is absolutely excellent. However my dealings with buying online with The Good Guys was less than ideal. Shortly after purchasing online, I got an email to say the item was out of stock but would receive an update (no contact details to follow up). I tried emailing the return email address to get an update after 2.5 weeks and no response. 30 days after purchase , no updates forthcoming. I followed up with The Good Guys via their website bot, that advised the order number I was provided with was invalid and took ages to refer me to a live person (which I don't believe was a real customer service agent). Six weeks after purchase and email and online follow ups I received an email to say my item was on the way. I don't feel that The Good Guys should have taken my online order if they did not have the item in stock and it was very difficult to follow up where my order was at. I would definitely NOT purchase through The Good Guys online again. At the time of purchase there were a number of other suppliers who had the item in stock and went with The Good Guys due to their online price matching function. Saving the $10 on the item was not worth the difficulty I went through to get a blender.

Very late and terrible condition.
Paid for overnight delivery; it came 3 weeks later; my attempts to contact support were ignored. The box looked like it had just lost a boxing match, with the sides completely caved in. Still in the process of testing if everything works. Not impressed good guys used to be a great company
